- Face Scrubs for Every Skin Type which Can be Prepared at Home
The grand variety of face scrubs makes it difficult to realize which is the right one for your skin type. But, here are some fundamental ingredients to which you should pay attention in accordance with your skin type:
- Brown sugar – it is the best for sensitive skin, because of its soft texture.
- Oil (olive oil, safflower oil, almond oil, avocado oil, extra virgin coconut oil) – helpful in case you have dry skin. Safflower oil is also beneficial if you have irritated skin.

- Anti-Cellulite Scrub from Coconut and Coffee
The natural remedy for cellulite and soft skin contains the following ingredients:
- 1 cup coffee grinds, used or unused
- a half of cup of melted and cooled coconut oil
- a quarter cup of sugar
Method of preparation:
Form a paste from the upper mentioned ingredients by blending them in a bowl. When the appropriate consistency was achieved, transfer it into an air-tight jar or container. Enjoy the difference right away after its first use!
- Natural Facial Scrub against Acne
For the scrub which will make you skin clean and healthy use these ingredients:
- a half of cup of sodium bicarbonate
- a half of cup of coconut oil
Mix them, form a paste, and store it in a glass jar.

- a tablespoon of brown or white sugar

- 1 cup of Epsom salt or sea salt

- 10 drops of lemon essential oil.

- White sugar
- Dried lavender

How to prepare: Put in a blender the dried lavender and mince it. Transfer it in a bowl and add lavender hand soap and white sugar on a proportion of 1:4. Mix everything well and store in a glass jar.
- Sea Salt Shaving Scrub
To prepare this scrub, you just need to add in a ratio of 1:1 sea salt to your favorite body wash. Use this mix to exfoliate hands and legs before shaving.
- Underarm Whitening Scrub
To remove the body odor and have a fresh and clean underarms will help you the same mix of baking soda and coconut oil (the fact that this scrub can be used for various purposes demonstrates what an excellent exfoliant is sodium bicarbonate). - Coconut flakes
- Coconut scent
- Crystal white soap base

- Exfoliating Butt Scrub
The butt scrub ingredients:
- 2 cups of coffee grinds
- a quarter of cup of sea salt
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Form a thick paste by mixing all the ingredients. Use it while taking a shower by massaging the butt and thighs in circular motions. Then wash off the scrub and apply a moisturizer.
