书记(ji)项(xiang)(xiang)目立项(xiang)(xiang)以来,邢(xing)衡邢(xing)台分公司党(dang)委把书记(ji)项(xiang)(xiang)目作为推动(dong)党(dang)建(jian)工作与生产经营深度融合第一(yi)抓手,坚持党(dang)建(jian)引领(ling)、欧宝网页版入口(kou)先行(xing)、永争第一(yi),坚持“四严四高”以党(dang)建(jian)引领(ling)促和(he)谐、凝心聚力促发展(zhan),不断推进(jin)和(he)谐队伍建(jian)设、努力凝聚起(qi)推动(dong)分公司高质量发展(zhan)的强大合力。

严密部署,制定方案坚持高站位。坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主(zhu)义思(si)想(xiang)为(wei)(wei)指导,站在讲政治的高(gao)度,深刻认识实施书记项(xiang)目的重大意义。党委班子和(he)总(zong)部(bu)部(bu)室深入基层一(yi)线,了(le)解(jie)和(he)掌握广(guang)大干部(bu)职工(gong)所思(si)所想(xiang)所盼和(he)基层迫切(qie)需(xu)要(yao)解(jie)决的问(wen)题(ti),问(wen)计于(yu)职工(gong)、问(wen)计于(yu)基层,为(wei)(wei)确立书记项(xiang)目选题(ti)打(da)下(xia)坚实基础。坚持问(wen)题(ti)导向,坚持以人为(wei)(wei)本,从(cong)解(jie)决分公司存在的主(zhu)要(yao)问(wen)题(ti)入手,把深度关心关爱(ai)职工(gong)、未(wei)职工(gong)排(pai)忧(you)解(jie)难、传递企业关爱(ai)作为(wei)(wei)选项(xiang),选定主(zhu)要(yao)工(gong)作内容、明确主(zhu)要(yao)举措和(he)要(yao)求。

严明制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度执(zhi)行(xing)坚持(chi)高效(xiao)(xiao)率。针对(dui)转企(qi)(qi)改制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后各项管(guan)理制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度还不(bu)(bu)(bu)够健(jian)全(quan)完善的(de)现实(shi),坚持(chi)从(cong)实(shi)际出发(fa),查漏补缺,进(jin)一(yi)步修订(ding)完善各项管(guan)理制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度,做到制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度管(guan)人管(guan)事(shi)、规范(fan)生产经营管(guan)理各项工作(zuo)。制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定印发(fa)员工考(kao)勤及(ji)请销假(jia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度、员工管(guan)理办(ban)法等(deng)19项制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度,涉及(ji)到人事(shi)、财务(wu)、合同(tong)、风(feng)险管(guan)控等(deng)企(qi)(qi)业运营管(guan)理各个方(fang)面。坚持(chi)领导班子带(dai)头,从(cong)总部做起,强(qiang)(qiang)化制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度执(zhi)行(xing),不(bu)(bu)(bu)断(duan)增强(qiang)(qiang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度刚(gang)性约(yue)束。以开展(zhan)(zhan)“转观念(nian)(nian)、强(qiang)(qiang)作(zuo)风(feng)、优(you)服(fu)务(wu)、提效(xiao)(xiao)能”专项整治活动为抓(zhua)手,教育引导全(quan)体员工不(bu)(bu)(bu)断(duan)强(qiang)(qiang)化“五(wu)自”经营理念(nian)(nian),进(jin)一(yi)步加强(qiang)(qiang)和(he)(he)改进(jin)工作(zuo)作(zuo)风(feng),全(quan)面提升工作(zuo)效(xiao)(xiao)能,不(bu)(bu)(bu)断(duan)提升全(quan)体员工服(fu)务(wu)大(da)局、服(fu)务(wu)发(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)、服(fu)务(wu)群众(zhong)的(de)能力和(he)(he)水平,着(zhe)力营造风(feng)清气正良好(hao)发(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)环境(jing)和(he)(he)干事(shi)创业的(de)浓厚氛围。

严格管理(li),督(du)(du)导(dao)检(jian)查(cha)坚(jian)持(chi)高质量(liang)。坚(jian)持(chi)聚焦收(shou)费主责主业、牢(lao)牢(lao)把握收(shou)费中心,每月通(tong)报各项重要(yao)工(gong)(gong)作进展情况(kuang)。党(dang)(dang)委班(ban)子(zi)积极(ji)落(luo)(luo)实(shi)(shi)“一岗双责”,走基(ji)层(ceng)(ceng)、访职工(gong)(gong)、办实(shi)(shi)事、解难题,今年(nian)以来下基(ji)层(ceng)(ceng)督(du)(du)导(dao)调研44人次。坚(jian)持(chi)高质量(liang)开(kai)展督(du)(du)导(dao)检(jian)查(cha),推(tui)(tui)(tui)动工(gong)(gong)作顺(shun)利开(kai)展。注(zhu)重基(ji)层(ceng)(ceng)党(dang)(dang)建质量(liang)提升,督(du)(du)导(dao)检(jian)查(cha)党(dang)(dang)支部工(gong)(gong)作手册、“三会一课”等制度(du)落(luo)(luo)实(shi)(shi)情况(kuang);以推(tui)(tui)(tui)动全员全年(nian)抓收(shou)费为着力点,领导(dao)班(ban)子(zi)和部室下基(ji)层(ceng)(ceng)实(shi)(shi)现常态化;坚(jian)持(chi)“安(an)全第(di)一”定期开(kai)展安(an)全检(jian)查(cha),全员安(an)全意(yi)识不断强(qiang)化、安(an)全屏障不断筑牢(lao);围绕幸福站区建设进展督(du)(du)导(dao)检(jian)查(cha),推(tui)(tui)(tui)动各项工(gong)(gong)作落(luo)(luo)到实(shi)(shi)处,不断提升职工(gong)(gong)满意(yi)度(du)。

严抓(zhua)落(luo)实,工(gong)(gong)(gong)作开展坚持(chi)高标准。基层(ceng)(ceng)党(dang)建持(chi)续(xu)推进(jin),党(dang)支部(bu)战斗堡垒作用(yong)和(he)党(dang)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)先锋模(mo)(mo)范(fan)(fan)作用(yong)持(chi)续(xu)发(fa)挥,为做好疫情防控、安全生(sheng)产和(he)收(shou)费(fei)、养护(hu)等工(gong)(gong)(gong)作提(ti)供有力保(bao)障。设立(li)党(dang)委(wei)邮(you)箱和(he)纪检监督邮(you)箱,进(jin)一(yi)(yi)步畅通(tong)内部(bu)反映问(wen)题(ti)的(de)渠(qu)道。带(dai)着感情做好思想政(zheng)治工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,深(shen)(shen)入实施党(dang)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)联(lian)系职(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)群众(zhong)制度,拉近党(dang)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)干部(bu)和(he)职(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)群众(zhong)的(de)距离。坚持(chi)正确的(de)选人(ren)用(yong)人(ren)导(dao)向,坚决(jue)打破用(yong)人(ren)上(shang)的(de)“论资排辈”,不(bu)断(duan)拓展员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)发(fa)展空间,有15名员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)通(tong)过竞聘走上(shang)中(zhong)层(ceng)(ceng)副职(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)岗(gang)(gang)位,10名中(zhong)层(ceng)(ceng)副职(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)晋升中(zhong)层(ceng)(ceng)正职(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。围绕解(jie)决(jue)热点(dian)难(nan)点(dian)问(wen)题(ti),积极开展“点(dian)题(ti)整治”,推动(dong)解(jie)决(jue)5个(ge)方面9个(ge)问(wen)题(ti),做到件件有着落(luo)、事事见(jian)成效。以职(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)满(man)意食堂、职(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)喜爱(ai)书屋、标杆(gan)活(huo)(huo)动(dong)室建设为抓(zhua)手(shou),深(shen)(shen)化“幸福站区、温馨家园”建设,强化经费(fei)保(bao)障,开展“夏送清凉(liang)”不(bu)断(duan)提(ti)升大家获得感、幸福感。办(ban)实办(ban)好女职(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)趣味活(huo)(huo)动(dong),组织开展“红(hong)歌献给(ji)党(dang) 喜迎二(er)十(shi)大”主(zhu)题(ti)合(he)唱(chang)比赛等各项(xiang)文(wen)化活(huo)(huo)动(dong),组织评选表彰道德模(mo)(mo)范(fan)(fan)活(huo)(huo)动(dong),评选出爱(ai)岗(gang)(gang)敬业模(mo)(mo)范(fan)(fan)2名,助人(ren)为乐模(mo)(mo)范(fan)(fan)1名,并给(ji)予1000元奖励,进(jin)一(yi)(yi)步增强员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)对企业的(de)归属感。
